what is clfra?

Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Association (CLFRA) is a student-led organization at the University of Southern California. CLFRA serves as an opportunity for students interested in careers in business, finance, and law to come together, learn skills, network, and hear directly from alumni and speakers in the industry.

why should i join clfra?

CLFRA Members gain exclusive access to:

  • Alumni speakers with real world experience in corporate law and/or finance

how much are membership dues?

Membership dues are $50 for New Members and $45 for Returning Members acceptable by Venmo at the beginning of every semester.

When are weekly meetings?

Weekly Meetings are usually Wednesday evenings 7:00-8:00pm in the USC Gould School of Law. Exact details and location for meetings will be announced by email every week.

The CLFRA Fellows Program

The CLFRA Fellows Program is a specialized, cohort-based initiative designed to foster a close-knit community of ambitious students. The program strikes a thoughtful balance between intensive professional development and personal connection, encouraging collaboration and the formation of lasting friendships that extend well beyond the organization. CLFRA fellows are individuals who demonstrate a high level of commitment to and engagement with CLFRA. The program operates on a shared understanding that accountability and consistency are key to maintaining the integrity and value of the fellowship experience

The Fellows Experience

We provide fellows with exclusive opportunities to explore the legal field firsthand, including private tours of BigLaw firms, attorney panels, and visits to court hearings. Fellows are also immersed early in the law school experience through opportunities to audit classes at USC Gould School of Law, alongside access to specialized LSAT preparation resources designed to support their academic development and build a strong foundation for the law school journey.
