what is clfra?

Corporate Law and Financial Regulation Association(CLFRA) is a student-led organization at the University of Southern California. CLFRA serves as an opportunity for students interested in careers in business, finance, and law to come together, learn skills, network, and hear directly from alumni and speakers in the industry.

why should i join clfra?

CLFRA Members gain exclusive access to:

  • Alumni speakers with real world experience in corporate law and/or finance

  • Law School Admissions personnel and current law student advice

  • Networking with USC students with similar career interests

  • Exposure to law related skills and terminology

  • Monthly Newsletter with business and law related internship opportunities and

    dates/details of the month's events!

how much are membership dues?

Membership dues are $50 for New Members and $40 for Returning Members acceptable by Venmo or Zelle at the beginning of every semester.

When are weekly meetings?

Weekly Meetings are usually Wednesday evenings 7:00-8:00pm in the USC Gould School of Law. Exact details and location for meetings will be announced by email every week.
